We are a dynamic and fast‑paced practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders and related upper‑airway conditions. Our collaborative team includes sleep physicians, sleep dentists, behavioral sleep medicine psychologists, and advanced practice providers. We are looking for a skilled ENT physician passionate about high‑quality patient care and surgical excellence.
Position Overview
The ENT Sleep Medicine Physician will evaluate and manage patients with sleep‑related breathing disorders, upper‑airway obstruction, and other otolaryngologic conditions impacting sleep. This role includes both office‑based and ASC procedures and requires occasional travel to additional clinic locations as needed.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients with sleep‑related ENT conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, and tonsillar hypertrophy.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures related to upper‑airway and sleep disorders.
• Provide both surgical and non‑surgical treatment options based on clinical best practices.
• Perform in‑office procedures and ASC‑based surgical interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with sleep medicine physicians, dental sleep medicine providers, and behavioral sleep medicine specialists to create integrated care plans.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, postoperative expectations, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records in accordance with AASM standards and Illinois state documentation requirements.
• Participate in practice growth, quality initiatives, and a patient‑centered culture.
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient‑education skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
Work Schedule
• In‑office hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, three days per week for patient appointments.
• One day per week ASC/In-office procedures.
