Job Details
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Oversee and manage a caseload of children receiving ABA services
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization
Collaborate with clinical team members and other providers
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and compan
