Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate RBT Certified - Intern Analyst to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in behavioral health and special education while supporting clients through evidence-based interventions. As an integral part of our team, you will assist licensed professionals in implementing behavior management strategies, collecting data, and supporting daily activities that promote growth and independence. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference and developing a career in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
Duties
• Probing individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles under supervision from licensed analysts or therapists
• Support clients during therapy sessions, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Help with assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
• Support behavioral health initiatives by managing behavior management strategies and documenting client responses
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging teaching strategies tailored to each individual’s needs
Skills
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation practices, and care plan development
• Ability to collect, record, and analyze data accurately for progress tracking and reporting purposes
• Compassionate approach to patient care with patience and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards to protect client privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team focused on behavioral health and special education goals

• Are you currently enrolled in good standing in an ABA Undergrad/ Grad certificate program ?
