Job Description
**Overview**
The Sutter County Superintendent of Schools Office is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Para-Educator of Special Education to join our team at Riverbend School. As a Para-Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their educational teams. **Responsibilities**
- Provide support to students with ASD in a special education setting
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with students with special needs, particularly ASD
