- Administering standardized tests and scoring them under the guidance of the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Implementing personalized treatment plans devised by the Speech-Language Pathologist for patients.
- Providing direct therapy services to clients, focusing on enhancing communication skills and addressing specific speech and language goals.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans as directed by supervising SLP.
- Cultivating a collaborative environment by closely collaborating with other SLPs and SLPAs in the team.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the therapy program.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
