Job Description

Key Responsibilities
</h4>

Develop, implement, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans

Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress

Provide clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs
</p></li>

Collaborate with caregivers through parent training and regular communication
</p></li>

Develop transition and discharge plans as appropriate
</p></li>

Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements
</p></li>

Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
</p></li>

Participate in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings
</p></li></ul>
Requirements
</h4>

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
</p></li>

Active BCBA certification (BACB) and Oklahoma LBA (or eligibility)
</p></li>

Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
</p></li>

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
</p></li>

Ability to work onsite during business hours; limited travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
