Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech-language pathology assessments and routine therapy visits to home health patients
• Manage 4-5 patient visits daily, including evaluations and treatment sessions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols
• Adhere to organizational policies regarding scheduling and call-off procedures, including weekend or holiday coverage when required
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Valid SLP-FLSSN licensure and DOB required for practice in Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in home health settings
• Ability to provide at least one reference covering your entire work history
• Reliable transportation for traveling approximately 150-175 miles per week
Schedule & Contract Details:
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, no on-call rotation
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract with immediate start availability
