Job Function
• Precept and mentor internal medicine residents and medical students in the outpatient clinic setting.
• Lead educational sessions and actively contribute to curriculum development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct timely and constructive evaluations of residents, while supporting their professional growth and overall well‑being.
• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care in compliance with clinical policies and quality standards.
• Foster a team‑based care environment and support practice transformation and clinic improvement efforts.
• Serve as a clinical resource for care management teams and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Contribute to scholarly activities, including teaching, research, or publications, and ensure accurate documentation in all required systems.
Job Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine Residency.
• Board‑certified in Internal Medicine or equivalent qualification.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with valid DEA registration.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, MAT Waiver.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with or commitment to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
