Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (New Grads Accepted) - Jonesboro, AR
(sign on bonus or relocation assistance up to $2000)

Schedule & Work Environment:
• Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (opportunities available for aftercare work until 5:30 PM)
• Follows a school-based calendar with breaks during major holidays and summer
• No weekend or evening shifts required
• Client caseload includes children aged 8 weeks to 12 years
• Expectation: 25 billable hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing ABA-based intervention plans, supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the quality implementation of treatment protocols. This role supports children and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments of client skills and behavior
• Supervise RBTs/BTs, including direct observation and performance feedback
• Ensure treatment protocols are implemented with integrity and fidelity
• Provide clinical direction and ongoing case management
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress
Requirements:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to supervise and train behavior technicians and caregivers
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children from infancy through age 12
