Responsibilities

● Provide direct ABA services to children ages 3–15 in home, school, and/or clinic settings in one or more of the following areas:

○ Bellevue/Sammamish,

○ North Seattle

○ Bothell/Mill Creek

● Implement skill-building programs through play-based and motivating interactions

● Support communication, independence, and social development

● Collect and record data with accuracy and integrity

● Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members

● Maintain learner dignity and prioritize safety at all times

Required Qualifications

● Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field with children ages 3-15 for at least 1 year

● Current RBT or CBT certification

● Experience working with young children with disabilities

● Ability to actively engage with young learners (sitting on the floor, moving quickly, light lifting)

● An active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

● Neurodiversity-affirming and assent-based practices

● Play-based learning approaches

● Compassion-focused and/or trauma-informed care

● Supporting learners who use AAC devices

● Experience working with adults with disabilities

North Seattle (In-Home)
• after-school

Bothell / Mill Creek (Clinic-Based shifts)
• 9:00am–12:00pm
• 12:30pm–3:30pm

Sammamish (In-Home)
• after-school

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
