Job Description

avior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you’re empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in one of our centers or in a home-based setting
Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques learned in our industry-leading training program
Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and our innovative data systems
Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth

Schedule & Hours

This is a part-time role, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to build additional hours based on availability and business needs.

Available schedule options include:

Monday–Friday 2:00am–8:00pm availability + Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm
Opportunity to work 15–25 hours/week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm
Opportunity to build up to 20 hours/week
Tuesday/Thursday 2:00pm–8:00pm + Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm
Opportunity to work 15+ hours/week
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children
Strong communication skills with both children and caregivers
Sound judgment in dynamic situations
A desire for a meaningful, hands-on career
Experience in childcare-related roles is a plus! Many of our successful team members have backgrounds as camp counselors, nannies, preschool teachers, paraprofessionals, teacher’s aides, or childcare volunteers — but all applicants are welcome.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED
Enrolled or completed one college course (Trade/Tech School is applicable) - for ESSC Regions ONLY
A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism
Comfort using tablet-based technology
Reliable transportation (to travel to centers, schools, or client homes as needed)
Valid driver’s license (military and college students may be exempt)
Active car insurance
Flexibility to work during times most needed by families
Commitment to completing our paid virtual training program, culminating in RBT certification
Training Schedule Options:

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (4 weeks)
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (6–7 weeks)
Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–6:00pm (6–7 weeks)
Physical Requirements:

Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.
