Job Description

Take on a rewarding role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an educational setting near Bellevue, WA. This contract opportunity offers immediate openings for two dedicated professionals ready to make a real difference in students lives. Step into a collaborative school environment and help provide evidence-based behavioral interventions, working approximately 35 hours per week through the end of the school year.

Key qualifications and experience:
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience implementing ABA therapy in schools or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with data collection and behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with students with special needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

What youll do:
• Deliver ABA therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings as directed by supervising BCBA
• Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans
• Track student progress through daily documentation and data collection
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support student success
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs about student progress and necessary program adjustments
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions within the school community
