Job Description
work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their recovery process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual goals and limitations
• Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
