Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: 630 N Wild Olive Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32724
• Organization: Brightstone Therapy
Not Your Traditional BCBA Role
Step into a position where your expertise extends beyond the clinic. This is a school-based BCBA role serving K–12 students in Daytona Beach, Florida—delivering high-quality ABA services directly within the natural learning environment.
You will work alongside educators, support staff, and families to help children with autism and other developmental needs thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally. This is meaningful, collaborative work that creates measurable impact every day.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Assess and implement behavioral interventions for students with ASD and related needs
• Provide consultation and collaboration within partner schools
• Train and supervise RBTs and school staff
• Supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification
• Maintain compliance with all payor and ethical standards
• Primarily school-based, with some home and community support as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA in a school setting
