Job Description

• Must hold active BCBA Certification
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children

Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans
• Provide direct intervention and support for students on caseload
• Offer indirect supervision and consultation to school staff
• Track progress and adjust behavior plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success

Responsibilities
- •The position focuses on working with 3rd to 5th grade students, providing both direct and indirect behavioral services to a caseload of 12 students
- •The role is contract-based, starting as soon as possible through early June 2026, with a standard workweek of 35-40 hours across five days
