Job Description

a full time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You'll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery oriented care.
Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
• Promote age appropriate functioning and skill development
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma informed care
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progressRequired Qualifications
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances
• One of the following:
• BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT certification
• 2+ years of Behavioral Health Certification (from an NCCA- or ANSI-accredited body)
• High school diploma or equivalent + 40-hour RBT Training (or willingness to complete within 10 days of hire)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services
