The Opportunity

RIPC Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across the full spectrum of primary care services. You will work alongside a collaborative team with strong clinical and operational support, allowing you to focus on patient care while leveraging modern care models and technology. What you'll do
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records
• Incorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional)
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available)
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment

Who you are
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school (required)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one (required)
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred)
