Job Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Communicate client progress with your supervising BCBA
• Complete session notes and documentation on time
• Build positive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply for BT roles
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• After-school and afternoon hours (Monday–Friday)
• Optional weekend availability
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability

Pay:
• $21–$25 per hour
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
