Bright Mosaic provides a comprehensive blend of ABA, speech, and OT for children with Autism.

A large, beautiful office space in Sherman, TX located next to schools and medical offices will be provided (please email for office pictures or view our website), but the BCBA can conduct 20% of woking hours remotely from home.

The BCBA role is provided with an abundance of Administrative and IT support. This allows the BCBA to remain clinically focused and maximize use of their valuable expertise.

Bright Mosaic structures caseloads and billable hours to be manageable. Typical range of billable per hours per week expectation for a full caseload is 24 to 29 hours per week.

Most clients will be in clinic or hybrid of in home and in clinic.

Experience with Google Drive is preferred, but not required.

Role Description:
• Conducting initial and re-authorization client assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior analysis programs
• In-person and remote supervision
• Training and performance management of behavior technicians
• Working with client family members and building rapport
• Co developing general therapy activities
• NOT responsible for billing or scheduling. We believe BCBAs should have the opportunity to work within their field of expertise and to be able to remain clinically focused. Therefore we have offset these tasks to Administrative staff.
• Other activities normally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation
