Taunton, Foxboro, Brockton, Easton, and Bridgewater. Northeast Behavioral Services is a home and community Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider located in Mansfield, MA. Our goal is to provide the highest quality and ethically driven ABA services to clients and families in a supportive work environment. We achieve this with reasonable caseloads and tangible support from supervisors you can count on. This results in higher levels of employee satisfaction and improves client outcomes. We offer continuing professional training, development, and growth opportunities. We serve clients ages 3-18 within a 10-15 mile radius of Mansfield, MA. We are looking for energetic professionals who love working with awesome children and families. This position is for an entry-level Behavior Technician Paraprofessionals (starting at $25/hr and up) and Registered Behavior Technicians (starting at $29/hr and up). Sessions are typically on weekdays afterschool with some daytime and weekend availability if interested. During the summer, there are several daytime shifts available. Responsibilities include building a positive rapport with clients and families, maintaining a safe and professional environment, implementing behavior support plans in the home and community setting, collecting accurate behavioral and skill based data, responding to challenging behavior, implementing skill training, completing session notes, and having fun with some awesome kids! Required:
Bachelors Degree and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Preferred (not required): Experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children in a home, clinical, school, or other setting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese speakers Experience with Google Forms/Sheets and Theralytics Experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Job Type:
