Clinic-Based + In-Home Services
Schedule: Full-Time
Must hold active BCBA certification - we are not considering students or candidates pursuing certification.
Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through a combination of clinic-based services at our Hammond location and in-home services across Northwest Indiana.
This role involves providing services in our Hammond clinic and in client homes throughout the surrounding region, offering a balance of structured clinical work and real-world application.
About This Role We are looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong relationships with families and caregivers.
Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve.
Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices
What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care
