Program Overview

Elevation Autism has developed a 5-month (120-day) paid fieldwork program for RBTs who are nearing completion of their BCBA certification requirements.

This full‑time position provides a structured and supportive path to complete your remaining unrestricted hours, with a strong emphasis on clinical skill development, autonomy, and confidence as you transition into a BCBA role.

You will work under the direct supervision of a Senior BCBA, gaining hands‑on experience in case management while building the skills necessary to succeed as an independent clinician.
Your Day‑to‑Day

This is a 5-month intensive program designed for growth and progression:

Month 1 (Days 1–30):
Foundation Building

You will begin with full‑time direct service (restricted activities) to:
• Build rapport with clients
• Learn our clinical model
• Strengthen foundational ABA skills

Months 2–5 (Days 31–150):
Clinical Skill Development

You will transition into a full‑time case management role, focusing primarily on unrestricted activities under BCBA supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments
• Develop, write, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Analyze client data and make data‑driven clinical decisions
• Support parent and staff training on behavior plan implementation
• Provide guidance to RBTs using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
• Assist with protocol modifications and program updates
• Deliver a limited number of direct therapy sessions, as needed
• Participate in structured supervision aligned with BACB fieldwork standards
