Your Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and monitor effective skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the execution of behavior-analytic programs carried out by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct various assessments to evaluate the need for behavioral intervention.
• Supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
• Engage in other essential BCBA activities.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current and active BCBA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screening and good driving record.

- •Work with a manageable billable hours requirement (27 hours per week)
- •Handle a smaller than average caseload (8-10 cases, supporting 180 RBT hours per week)
- •Design, implement, and monitor effective skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
