Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 intensive ABA therapy in-clinic, in-home, and in community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data throughout sessions to measure progress
• Document daily progress with clear written and verbal communication
• Support BCBAs with caregiver training and treatment implementation
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for every client
• Bring positivity, patience, and enthusiasm to each session
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Travel between communities such as Big Timber, Livingston, Belgrade, and Big Sky

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred
(We will consider candidates with a high school diploma and 1+ year experience working with children.)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Willingness to accept coaching and grow professionally
• Strong organizational skills
• RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 45–60 days of hire
• Genuine eagerness to learn ABA and support children with diverse needs
