CLIENT'S LOCATION:
Positions are located in New Lenox, IL

DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct, hands-on behavioral support within classrooms
• Supervise and support RBTs, paraprofessionals, and behavioral staff
• Model and coach effective behavior management strategies for school staff
• Monitor student progress using data collection and analysis
• Revise intervention plans based on data and student response
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffing meetings, and team consultations
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, school policies, and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and administrators as needed

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• M inimum 1 year of experience supervising RBTs or behavioral staff
• Experience working in school-based or therapeutic classroom settings preferred
• Strong classroom management and crisis-prevention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
