Manage and maintain clinical trial databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
Develop and implement data management plans and processes in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical data
Review and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity throughout the clinical trial process
Perform quality control checks on data and identify and communicate any issues or trends
Generate reports and data summaries for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in the development and maintenance of data management SOPs and training materials
Stay current with industry standards and best practices for clinical data management
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management processes
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, providing updates on data status and issues as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to clinical data management.
