Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in North NJ. The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to optimize client progress. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing intervention strategies, monitoring client progress, and training team members. The BCBA will ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards while working closely with clients to achieve targeted outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs/behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
