• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
• Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
• Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
