Balanced Clinical & Leadership Focus
• 3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, and in-person team support
• 1-2 days remote: Telehealth, mentorship, documentation, and strategic collaboration

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to strengthen care quality, share knowledge, and create a culture rooted in learning and support.
