Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based opportunity in Vista, CA for the 20262027 school year. This role is ideal for RBTs looking to work in a collaborative school setting supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support in the classroom
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies
• Collect and document accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Partner with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff to ensure student success
• Promote positive behavior, social skills, and independence
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience in a school or ABA setting preferred
• Strong communication and data collection skills
• Ability to remain consistent, patient, and adaptable
• Ability to pass background check
