Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a dual-role capacity. This position combines direct clinical service delivery with administrative leadership, offering the opportunity to shape both individual client outcomes and overall program excellence. Clinical Responsibilities
• Carry a caseload of center-based clients, conducting comprehensive assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment protocols based on assessment findings and family goals
• Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, including observation, feedback, and skills training
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to support skill generalization and family empowerment
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary team members, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements

Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage clinical schedules for assigned caseload, coordinate staff assignments, and optimize service delivery efficiency
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of treatment plans, session notes, and data collection to ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to best practices
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, insurance authorization requirements, state regulations, and company policies
• Clinical Operations Support: Assist with intake processes, authorization management, and coordination with insurance providers
• Staff Development: Support onboarding and training initiatives for new clinical staff
• Program Enhancement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in strategic planning meetings, and identify opportunities for clinical programming enhancements
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized clinical files, assist with auditing processes, and generate reports as needed for operational review
