Qualifications

• •2+ years’ experience postgrad in any mental health related field
• •Master’s degree in related mental health field Licensed in NJ (LCSW or LPC)

• •The Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and group therapy services to adults ages 50 and older in an outpatient setting, supporting patients with a wide range of mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, and age-related challenges
• •On a daily basis, this role conducts clinical assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed
• •The clinician will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure continuity of services
• •This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and comfort working with diverse and potentially acute populations, along with timely documentation and a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care
