Position Title: BCBA Supervisor
Location: Tacoma, Lakewood and surrounding areas with possible travel
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay range is $37.00-$39.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific clientneeds
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e.behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
• Participating in organizational improvements using OBM

Referral bonus of $2000 total ($1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 6 months and $1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 12 months)

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Proven experience developing and implementingclient programs
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoytraining, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
