Job Description

e SLP looking for a supportive and structured Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience? AnthroMed Education is hiring a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) to support students in the Minneapolis area for the 2025-2026 school year!

Our Clinical Fellowship program is designed to set you up for success, providing one-on-one mentorship, therapy materials, and a collaborative environment to help you grow into a confident and skilled school-based SLP.

What You’ll Do As An SLP-CF
• Provide speech-language therapy to students with communication challenges.
• Conduct assessments and assist in developing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will guide and support you throughout your CFY.
• Deliver therapy in individual and group settings tailored to students' needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure student success.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience in AAC, articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication.
• Receive ongoing feedback, professional development, and support throughout your CFY!

What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for a Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License (required before start date).
• Passion for working in schools and supporting student communication development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, students, and families.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build confidence as a school-based SLP!

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000-$75,000, based on experience (paid weekly)
