Job Description

About the position

Horizon Blue ABA is committed to bringing compassionate, high-quality care to Medicaid families across New York City. We serve communities that are too often overlooked and rely on our dedicated BCBAs and RBTs in homes and our new clinic in Brooklyn to help change that reality every day. We’re hiring BCBAs for primarily remote roles or our new clinic opening in Brooklyn. Our leadership team, made up of practicing clinicians, prioritizes your time, flexibility, and well-being so you can do your best work and still have room to rest and recharge.

Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
• 1+ years of experience in ABA
• Medicaid ID from New York State

Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
