Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, evaluate, and modify behavior analytic services using data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff.
• Partner with clinical, educational, and community teams to integrate behavior strategies within broader support plans.
• Provide training and consultation to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Participate in program planning while keeping documentation streamlined and efficient to minimize non-clinical burden. (emphasis added)

Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention design, data collection, analysis, and collaborative consultation.
