• Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members, including BCBA supervisors, educators, and caregivers, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Manage behavior effectively using behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
• Engage in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology to enhance service quality.
• Uphold patient care standards while maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' rights.
• *Requirements**
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligible for certification;

experience working with children preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching strategies effectively.
• Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress accurately.
• Familiarity with medical documentation, medical records, care plans, and medical terminology is a plus.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.
