Job Description
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Good Pay
We Have BCBAs at EVERY Level of the Organization!
There's no venture capital money behind us, and therefore no crazy productivity levels to hit in order to meet a "board approval". We are simply seeking dedicated BCBAs who want to focus on what truly matters: helping kids! At our fast growing Highland clinic, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst positions will allow you to exclusively concentrate on the children you treat and the RBT team you'll oversee.

Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Evaluations & Treatment Planning
• Supervision of plan execution by your team of RBTs
• Documentation
• Family / Caregiver Education
• Collaboration with Team Members across the therapeutic spectrum
