Position Type: Contract, with part-time opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision to support students with diverse learning needs
• Work directly with students in various grade levels including Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades K-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12)
• Provide one-on-one support to promote positive behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school staff to align interventions with educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior data
Qualifications and Skills:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting children in school settings from Pre-School through Grade 12 preferred
• Ability to effectively work with students in 1:1 settings
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
