Compensation and Bonus Structure
• Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
• Bonus Structure:
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses rewarding impact promptly.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA.
