Compensation and Bonus Structure
• Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
• Bonus Structure:
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses rewarding impact promptly.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
• Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children per BCBA.

Your Role
• Develop clinically sound and engaging Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to ensure high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
