Hours/schedule
· Client-dependent hours, including daytime, after-school, and evening options.
· Independent contractor role; part-time and full-time opportunities available
Responsibilities
• Assess behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Train and support families and caregivers in behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate compliant records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• State LBA license (as required)
• Experience with individuals with autism
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and documentation standards
• Proficient in treatment plan development
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
