This role is designed for a clinician who wants to expand beyond caseload management and have a direct impact on team performance, clinical consistency, and overall operations.
About Us
Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.
Position Overview
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across our Sagamore and Norton locations. This role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight to ensure consistency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.

• Ensure consistency in clinical standards, supervision, and documentation
• Monitor key performance indicators related to clinical quality and team performance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
• Partner with leadership on operational and clinical strategy
• Assist in managing escalations with families or staff when needed
• Maintain a reduced caseload as appropriate
What This Role Is and Is Not
✔ A true leadership role with influence over clinical quality and team development
✔ A balance of clinical involvement and administrative responsibility

• 3–7+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Prior experience mentoring or leading clinical staff preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices
• Ability to lead, communicate, and hold others accountable
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 based on experience
