Job Description
s (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and who value consistent support, professional development, and long-term career growth in the ABA field.

Compensation:
• Behavior Technician: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience and education)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $23 - $24/hour (valid RBT certification or willingness to re-certify)
Hours & Shift Availability:
• Part-Time: 15 - 25 hours/ week
• Full-Time: 30+ hours/ week
• In-School: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 3:15 pm)
• In-Home: Monday - Friday (3:30 pm - 6:30 pm); Saturdays (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)
• Cases located within a 10 - 15 mile radius of Torrance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and/or home settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
• Create a fun, safe, and positive environment during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• RBT certification (for RBT applicants) or willingness to re-certify.
• Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and willingness to travel locally.
