Role Summary
We are hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in the home and
community under the supervision of a BCBA. Weekly hours and pay vary based on caseload, client
attendance, and documentation completion.
Schedule
• Mon–Fri: 3:00 pm–8:00 pm • Sat–Sun: 2:00 pm–8:00 pm • Morning and early afternoon sessions may
also be available during school breaks (summer, holidays, etc.), depending on client needs. • Final
schedules are set based on client availability.
Compensation
$22–$30 per billable hour, commensurate with experience. Pay is for completed, documented service
hours.
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)
1 Associate degree or higher in early childhood, psychology, special education, or a related field
2 Experience working with children with or without ASD or related developmental disabilities
3 Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in Suwanee, Buford, and Alpharetta
4 Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons
5 Comfort working in homes and community settings
6 Basic data entry skills via computer and data applications (e.g., session documentation systems
such as CR Essentials)
7 Must be active, engaging, and energetic with children
8 Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication with caregivers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
1 Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
2 Experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
3 Bilingual English/Korean
What You Will Do
1 Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
2 Deliver individualized sessions targeting communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
3 Build a positive rapport with clients, emphasizing independence and growth
4 Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation
5 Communicate progress and strategies to caregivers
6 Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and interdisciplinary team
7 Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Growth & Supervision
1 RBT pathway available: Training and supervision to obtain the RBT credential
2 BCBA candidates: Supervision and practicum hours may be available
Additional Requirements
1 Background check (required)
2 TB test (required) and documentation of vaccination history, as required for employment in
healthcare/education settings
3 Consistent attendance is critical to client progress
Location
Client homes and community settings in Suwanee, Buford, and Alpharetta and surrounding areas.
Language
English required. Korean preferred but not required.
