Job Description
Inbloom Autism Services, located in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to implement advanced behavior intervention strategies while mentoring junior RBTs. Key responsibilities include supporting BCBA initiatives, executing client treatment plans, and ensuring data accuracy.
The ideal candidate has RBT certification, excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years experience in applied behavior analysis. The position requires a commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
