What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead by example and serve as a pillar of support: inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring reliable and high‑fidelity implementation of treatment plans
• Drive positive change: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative ABA programs that continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and solve problems, helping each client reach potential
• Embrace challenges with grace: remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek growth opportunities
• Lead with initiative and openness: proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
• Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and immunizations for MMR/VZV—cost covered by the company
