What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform.
What You Bring
• Active BCaBA certification.
• Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus.
• $60,000+ annual compensation
, including performance-based bonuses
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
, paid at 3 and 6 months.
• $1,500 CEU reimbursement
, including conference travel expenses.
• Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations.
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options.
• 401(k) with company matching.
• 15 days of PTO to start, with additional days earned over time.
