Job Description
Make a positive impact in a school environment by supporting a 5th grade students behavioral and academic growth. This part-time, onsite contract opportunity near Saratoga Springs, NY is designed for compassionate professionals in ABA, RBT, or BCBA roles who thrive on meaningful one-on-one interaction and delivering measurable results.
Key Qualifications:
Active New York ABA, RBT, or BCBA credentials required
Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within elementary settings
Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and current best practices
Ability to create and implement effective behavior intervention plans
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy to a 5th grade student, fostering behavioral and academic progress
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to inform individualized plans
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency and progress across settings
Provide coaching, support, and training to school personnel and the students family as needed
Maintain clear, timely records to comply with all reporting and regulatory requirements
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development, as appropriate
