What You’ll Do:
• Work 1:1 with children using ABA therapy
• Follow individualized programs created by a BCBA
• Support communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• Track progress and complete session notes
• Be part of a supportive, hands on team
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
• RBT certification is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and reliability
• Someone who shows up, follows through, and wants to grow
Pay:
• $22–$32 per hour (based on experience)
