Job Description
, clinics, and communities - wherever children need us most.
Our team is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference. If you're a skilled BCBA looking to grow in a flexible, encouraging environment, we’d love to connect.
About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. If you have a strong background working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities - and a passion for making a difference - this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centered care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic strategy, and ensure our standards for care and documentation are met. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and hands-on clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Conduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Mentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices.
• Stay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings is required.
• A strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset.
• Completion of at least 12 units of a Master’s-level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
Preferred:
• Proficiency in data-driven treatment planning and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
Why Join Us?
At The Behavior Lab, we believe work should be meaningful and enjoyable. We’re not your typical ABA agency - we’re a close-knit team that supports one another, celebrates wins (big and small), and believes in doing great work without burnout.
Here’s what makes us different:
• Flexible schedule – You choose your hours and manage your caseload your way
• Monthly bonuses – We reward the impact you make
• Growth opportunities – Clear path to Clinical Manager of Programs or BCBA
• Supportive team – Weekly case consults and mentorship
• Fun culture – Team socials, group chats, inside jokes, and real friendships
• Annual retreats – Leadership and upper management enjoy retreats focused on connection, vision-setting, and recharging
• Full benefits package – Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more
• Perks – Paid time off, paid sick time, mileage + phone reimbursement
We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe diversity and inclusion make us stronger.
